Expression at 26

Yet another graphic to simple express my state of mind......there is a constant urge to be this 'odd man out','to rebel',' to be different'.BUT
the more u strive, the more the fact dawns on you that, u can never change or repel from the CAST or MOULD, something what u always aim at. But, all you can 'MAKE A DIFFERENCE', is highly consequential,,,,,and its just a matter of time,,,before you r realise that it was all BUT AN ILLUSION

EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE: Ever wondered how complex this thing is, and ever observed what impact it has on ppl who claim to be 'experienced'.
The way i observed so far is - EXPERIENCE is an necessary evil in any Profession. Its a double edged sword. I feel there are only two ways about it.

Either, be experienced and become judgemental over the years. Something like, i have been doing this over the past 5 years, and keep doing the same for the next 50 years.
Or, be experienced and innovate, everytime u encounter the same problem over and over again.

Lets understand what is the impact of Experience on the way of working.
For this, one has to first decide whether one evaluates actions or one evaluate thoughts. Lets us consider the latter case, where one decides/ evaluates/ opines against thoughts and not by what one does.
Practically, one faces a situation, what he has faced in the previous project. Now what he does, is he knows that he had taken a certain path to tackle it previously, and also knows the outcome.
So now, an action based guy- though tries a new path, but is always apprehensive about his experience. This- I have found out observing ppl that, it makes them judgemental and aligns the mind on a negative field.
Now, a thought based guy- knows that it all depends on the way u approach or think out a problem than how u go do it. Under this cloud, though he has been thru the process in the previous project, he innovates- though if he would have failed previously- he adopts a new approach- like starts all over again.
Now comes the dilemma- then when does 'experience' count. It is as simple as this.
Action-based guys- I have done this 1000 times, and i know what is the outcome.
Thought- based guys- I have done this 1000 times, out of which i have failed 900 times. So yet again, i will try out a new way to work it out- whatever be the outcome
I guess that sums it up: Experience is not about Knowledge but is all about attitude. Experience is not about solving a problem, but how u solve the problem.

My Work place

Sunset from my work place. I sit just 150 m from the sea (waves). Thats 50m of white sand beach, followed by 100m of coconut groove. The beach is a real cool one, in the sense really private. Its actually bikini's galore out there. Out of 20 different babes we see daily, 17 of them are 40+ sloppy ones, while the other three, really remind u and acknowledge that ' Boys are Boys'.
Posted by Picasa This snap was taken on the way to Panjim via Ponda. That a park which has been designed with Fort as a theme. REally awesome one. Thanx to my HP cam, i got this happening snap. It was really dark when this was taken, but long exposure did the trick
