My Work place

Sunset from my work place. I sit just 150 m from the sea (waves). Thats 50m of white sand beach, followed by 100m of coconut groove. The beach is a real cool one, in the sense really private. Its actually bikini's galore out there. Out of 20 different babes we see daily, 17 of them are 40+ sloppy ones, while the other three, really remind u and acknowledge that ' Boys are Boys'.
Posted by Picasa This snap was taken on the way to Panjim via Ponda. That a park which has been designed with Fort as a theme. REally awesome one. Thanx to my HP cam, i got this happening snap. It was really dark when this was taken, but long exposure did the trick

Shirdi 2

Well it was # 6 with Prashanth- 1998-Pondicherry,2000- Goa, 2001- Kerala, 2000- Sabarimala, 2002- Chennai and now 2006- Shirdi. Its always fun when he is around, with his know-all talks. Looking forward for more trips.

Shirdi 1

The much awaited Shirdi eventually materialised last month- Mar 12 2006. It was short and a memorable trip, considering the following facts- first bus trip for poonam and myself, and first VOLVO trip for Helmet prashanth. (Had to bear a lot of elementary queries) He lost a bet too, regarding the graphics on the bus. He owes a pen.
I went to Mumbai from Pune and we boarded the 2345 bus from there. Helmet met us at coffee day by 2215 and we spoke and chatted quite a lot throughout.
the next day was also too smooth to be true. We had darshan within a span of 45 mins.
I had to leave to Bangalore on urgent basis and Poonam and Prashy left to Mumbai,,, awesome, short and a memorable trip.

Eerie Joa

Have to tell this, that there is something mysterious about everything over here,,,the place, the people, the surroundings.
Few images from my balcony to substantiate. Yes that the moon peeking a look between the green streaks

JU JU place

A sneak preview into my place. Again minimalistic approach- A cot, table chair and an almirah. The cot as u can see is a double bed (future planning).

Ordered chaos.

JOAN ABODE

Yes, this is it ,,,this is the place ,,,this is the JOAN ABODE. Its like a vision re-created. Circa 1995- 2001 AD, saw me visit Kerala, 6 times. And it was during those journeys, that the urge germinated to stay in such places- Places scantily populated, places with a suspended drowsy atmosphere, places with independent laterite clad villas, places cradled under those evergreen coconut leaves,,,,,,,,AND OH LA LA ,,,,5 seasons down,,,the vision has eventually sprouted. That the front view of the house where i stay, and PULSAR is our pet. We stay in the first floor. The balcony is all for myself. The foreground is again my old bungalow in Bangalore- relived. 4 coconut trees, couple of mango trees, basically amazing -shady- place. Not mention a hammock between the two coconut trees. Besides us, the bungalow houses the landlady's family, a goan dog- Billi (cant get funnier), and family of hens.

Thats the door in my room, opening on the balcony. Man, its vintage floyd. Me, floyd and the skies above.

The -abode- configuration is as follows- a living, a family/party hall, two rooms, one bath, one kitchen, and ample of balcony space. The balcony and the party hall is the best part of the deal. The structures around the house is all ground, making the balcony totally PRIVATE. Its too psychedelic in the nights.

Thats the Living room opening on to the party hall. Thats probably guests and visitors would land up. The door at the farther end opens on to my room. Also appreciate the tile roof. Man, a life time experience

We have a modest kitchen. Planning to hone the culinary skills by the time, i boot myself out of Goa. Posted by Picasa
